Description: Offering this lovely Zulu pottery Uphiso (small drinking Vessel). It measures 4" tall and about 4.5" across the widest point. It is ovoid in shape with a flared neck. It is pit fired, with a burnished finish, a coiled piece with relief decoration. It has a raised decoration that encircles the pot. It has no chips, cracks or damage. It is signed on the bottom, but I cannot make out the writing. It starts with the letter Z and looks a great deal like the Nala family pots, possibly Zanele Nala? I will let you be the judge.
