As can be seen in the photos, the DVD and insert are in very good condition. The plastic covering of the case has some minor damage. See below regarding the front cover insert of the case. This DVD contains episodes 55 - 60, which are from "Season 2". This comes from a smoke-free home, however, I did originally buy it from a home that had a smoker. Though I can't detect any cigarette smoke (and I'm somewhat sensitive to that smell), I can smell the fabric softener sheet I used to help get rid of that smell. This disc has been in a smoke-free environment for over a decade. Regarding the front cover insert (the paper that is under the clear plastic of the cover): the paper has "waves" in it because it became damp in my attempts to remove the cigarette smell from the previous owner. I did not try this on the other DVD that I bought from the same previous owner. A question was raised regarding whether the disc had any scratches. This was my answer: "I did not see any scratches on the disc, however, I did see a few specs (around 5) that I could not blow off so those might be small surface nicks."
