Description: Razor OEM control module for all versions of the Razor Trikke E2 electric scooter. Please take note--This part is tested prior to shipping so if you still have a issue after you install this ITS NOT THE PART.. You 100% have another issue and you will need a multimeter and a 4 inch piece of wire to test it.. First thing is hopfully you know the scooter needs to be scooting then you give it throttle and that's how it works so if your just twisting the throttle,it wont work,,get scooting then hit the throttle. Second is to test your motor,run the batteries direct to the motor,if it runs then the motors good but that DOES NOT mean your batteries are good because the controller has a low voltage cutoff and the motor will run off a 9 volt battery.. Third is to test EACH battery separately and they must be over 12.6 volts,each,charged (normally 13.8 each)..then test the battery voltage at the controller making sure you are getting 25.6 plus total,if not you have a battery issue.. Forth is to test your brake switch,if the switch is bad it will kill power to the motor and not allow it to run,so locate the brake switch wires which is a 3 pin connector with 2 wires in it,unplug that connector and jump the 2 yellow wires together on the controller side. Fifth is if this did'nt fix the problem and your getting no clicking and the controller is known to be good then you could have a bad throttle These are test that should be done prior to purchase
