Description: I know almost nothing about time trial wheels. Rim bed is in good shape but it will probably need to be cleaned with acetone a bit. These wheels function. They're isn't much more I can say about it. Take a look at the pictures and holler with any questions. I don't plan on taking returns on this so please look carefully. Wheel is perfectly true and the bearings are pristine. I believe the one side has a lock ring so that you can ride it fixed on a velodrome. Thanks for looking.
