All boxes are constructed using high grade 0.75" MDF which creates a solid quality and great sounding subwoofer enclosure...we never use lightweight, porous, thinner alternatives. All enclosures are sealed using high grade adhesives which creates an airtight seal and a very strong box. All enclosures come with wire terminals that will accept heavy gauge wire. The box is installed directly under the rear strut bar opening in the hatch area. It fits firmly into place without removing or modifying any part of the car.
