Description: This is a used yellow decorative distressed Q initial wall hanging. It is in good condition other than two chips and the turquoise floral area. Could easily be touched up with paint. See pictures. The discoloration of the yellow paint has always been that way. I'm not sure if it's meant to be but that's the way it was when I bought it. I bought this from Michael's.
