Description: RARE LARGE PINK BAROVIER TOSO MURANO ITALY BUBBLE BLOWN ART GLASS BRASS TABLE LAMP 1960s DESIGN: A dramatic and sculptural hand blown controlled bubble Pink Art Glass and Brass sensuous form table lamp designed and manufactured by Murano lighting circa 1960's. Comprised of a super thick translucent Art glass body that is loaded with a multitude of controlled bubbles and further accentuated with brilliant Silver sparkles throughout creating a truly unique dynamic 3-D effect. The pictures don't really do justice to how brilliant the glass is viewed first-hand...the images with the lamp off are the best indicator of the actual rich color and depth of the glass. Contrasted with its' original rubbed oil Brass finished base & hardware, all is completely well engineered and crafted bearing typical imperfections inherent in the glass blowing manufacturing process. Original burly solid Brass finial crowns a contemporary Off-White Linen-like shade that casts the ideal ambiance on the shapely form.CONDITION: This impressive table lamp is in sublime exceptional original condition, completely intact and fully functional. Very light signs of usage wear or age to original Oil rubbed Brass finish while the glass is perfectly clean with no evidence of abuse or damage. Large Off-White colored Linen-like fabric shade is a new contemporary replacement and essential perfect. The original 3-way socket & wiring are original and all has been inspected & tested to be clean, safe and functional . DIMENSIONS: This lamp is large and HEAVY @ 15 lbs. the bases general dimensions are 8" wide X 35" high. The Off-White Linen-like fabric shade is 16" wide X 11" high, the actual shade delivered may vary in fabric and details ever so slightly due to suppliers availability. Bulb is NOT included.
