They are pressed from vintage molds and then ground, painted, and painstakingly detailed by hand. The paint is permanent high-temperature fired enamel. These buttons have a wonderful 3-D quality and glow from reverse . Each measures approx. 42mm (1 5/8") wide and has a metal loop shank. They are crystal that has been reverse painted with a gorgeous purple glitter finish. The front has bright gold and matte purple wings with black eyes and gold enamel decoration.
