During WWII Ordnance Department marked watches were issued to non-aviation personnel and they included Waltham, Hamilton, Bulova and Elgin. A-II type watches went to fliers.Case is in excellent unused condition....new old stock. A rare find and guaranteed genuine, as issued to US Military during WWII.
