The book is hardcover, 140 pages long with black & white photos. The 3rd page is signed by Boyle with a hand written dedication to a collector dated 7/20/99. In overall fair condition showing some wear & moisture damage. The top right corner of the book has absorbed moisture through all the pages. Although unfortunate the damage is confined to the very top right corner of the pages and it does not effect the readability of the book - see photos. The covers are in good condition with a few bumped corners. The binding is tight & intact.
