His brother Joe, was an accomplished movie producer. In the letter, the woman mentions the "raging epidemic" (the Spanish Flu) and writes, "We too are fighting a battle."About raising money through the "Liberty Loan," she remarks, "Well we have just added about ten more nails to the Kaiser's coffin."
