Description: The Hulk Hogan Mail Away figure was a limited edition WWF Hasbro figure, received after only applying through a magazine. Only 3000 are believed to have been produced, and this Hogan is likely to have been created based upon Hogan's outfit worn at Wrestlemania IX, the event at which he defeated Yokozuna for the WWF Championship. Hulk Hogan (5) is part of the “Mail Away” figures of the WWF collection produced by HASBRO toymaker, this collection brought to the action figure format the most relevant wrestlers of the famous wrestling TV show. The “Mailaway” figures could only be obtained through mail order, following the steps indicated in the advertisement published in the “WWF Magazine”. The figure was mailed in a plastic bag. To this day these “Mailaway” figures are the rarest and most expensive of the collection, especially if found in their original unopened bag.
