Description: Original WW1 era British map entitled "BRUSSELS". This is a very early British Expeditionary Force (B.E.F.) map which was produced in 1912, probably drawn up in response to the 'Second Moroccan Crisis' which saw Britain discuss potential involvement if Germany invaded France and Belgium.This date of 1912 clearly shows that the map was already in existence when War began, and would have been issued to some of the earliest B.E.F. troops to arrive on the continent.It's linen backed and has survived in pretty good condition.
