Description: 1967 - Gallipoli Medallion with the rare lapel badge display case and postage box. Very rare large Gallipoli medallion with badge. Australian serviceman : W.M. Harrall # 142 of the 3rd Lighthorse Brigade. Famous 3rd Lighthorse unit along with the 4th Lighthorse and NZ units attacked the town of Beersheba linked to the 3rd battle of Gaza. William Harrall was discharged 1916 due to war injuries. All 3 medals claimed and 1967 medallion approved with badge. When veterans state " An original ANZAC" in the letter for the application of the Medallion , they mean they are part of the first troops to land on the first day of the occupation of Gallipoli.
