Description: World League Of American Football Team Pennants 1990-1991 Complete Set This is the complete set of team pennants of the World League of American Football which played two seasons between 1991 and 1992. This iteration of the World League later known as NFL Europa was actually wildly popular in Europe and featured mostly American players with some soccer and rugby converts. Although the league lasted only two seasons it yielded such talent as Kurt Warner, Brad Johnson, Jake Delhomme and Adam Vinatieri. Today these pennants are highly collectable and this set features the original ten teams: Barcelona Dragons Birmingham Fire London Monarchs Frankfurt Galaxy Montreal Machine New York/New Jersey Knights Orlando Thunder Raleigh-Durham Skyhawks San Antonio Riders Sacramento Surge An 11th team was added in the 1992 season, the Ohio Glory. The Glory was not included in this set as they did not yet exist. These ten original pennants are in excellent condition. There are a few small stains on just a couple of the pennants. They retain vibrant color and have not been bent or folded. There are no pin holes in any of the pennants. There are no rips or tears on any. Please see the photos above.
