Woodrow Wilson 1918 Postmaster Appointment Certificate Signed Doc. Kutztown PA

Description: This official postmaster appointment document was signed by Woodrow Wilson in 1918, and co-signed by Postmaster General, Albert Burleson. Authenticity is guaranteed. The document is approximately 11”x15” and comes cellophane wrapped in a beautiful matted border (approx. 15”x 21”). The matted border has a photo in the bottom left corner. I did not want to take it out and risk damage, but behind the image is an official seal identical to the example shown in the images (Example seal image is from same postmaster appointment document, for a different town). The cellophane wrap made it hard to take good quality photos because of its light reflections, so I included multiple angles and a copy of the electronically scanned document (3rd image).
