Description: This jacket comes from the famous travel store, Magellans, in Santa Barbara, CA.This is a black nylon rain jacket that has a white interior coating that looks similar to Gore-tex, but Gore-tex is not listed on the tag. The white coating is likely a waterproofing or water resistant material. The jacket is lined with polyester mesh. There are some snags in the mesh lining (see photos). Since the snags are on the inside of the coat, they would not be visible while you are wearing it. Other than the snags, the coat is in very good condition, with no visible wear along the edges and no stains.The jacket has a zippered front and Velcro placket closure. It has a hood that rolls away into the collar. It has an adjustable cinching cord around the hood and the bottom of the coat. It is great for travel because it has many pockets: two zippered pockets at the hips, two hidden upper pockets, and a large pocket in the back where you can keep a passport or other important documents.
