Description: MS. DIVINE DESIGNER COLLECTION SATIN HAT w/RHINESTONES/FEATHERS/STEAMPUNK? NWT. Absolutely gorgeous hat! I had grand intentions of wearing it for Halloween last year but it never happened. The color is a deep brown with the same brown ruffled fabric, brown feathers with an ever so slight hint of red to them topped off with beautiful rhinestones. The brown fabric has a slight sheen to it. There are rhinestone studs going around the hat as well. To me, it looks like one rhinestone is missing but it is not in the bag so it must’ve been that way when I purchased it. I never noticed it then at any rate. I literally have never taken it out of the bag until now. This could also be worn at the Kentucky Derby or a Kentucky Derby party. Never worn. New with tags. I will also include two strips of hat liners in case it is slightly large. The measurement of the inside is approximately 22 inches. My pin head measures 21 3/4 inches and that is why the hat salesman gave me the foam strips to apply to the inside of the hat to allow it to fit better. The strips are new and were never applied. I will include them with the sale. Additionally, the fabric looks like satin to me but I have no proof of that. The tags don’t specify what the fabric is. Because of the delicate nature of the hat, I purchased a new double walled box so it doesn’t get crushed. Other items in pictures are not part of the listing.
