This unfortunately resulted in most WIRCO skillets becoming warped. This griddle is a SPINNER. if you have a glass top stove, you won't be a happy camper. Open face Elec or gas stove? thats not looking to good either in this case. Because of what this griddle is...... It does deserve a place on the wall in a collection. It's a rare one. I will be listing a HUGE cast iron collection as I can get to them, look them over and clean/restore if/as needed. Keep a eye out for my listings.
