My grades for vinyl are as follows Near Mint = nearly perfect Near Mint Minus = might have 1 or 2 crackles, that's it Excellent = hardly any surface noise Very Good + + = Tiny amount of surface noise between tracks or near quiet moments Very Good + = Some surface noise will not distract greatly Very Good = Surface noise pretty much through-out not overly distracting Very Good Minus = Considerably more surface noise Good Plus = For rare hard to finds or those not fussy Good = Probably just for the cover.
