Description: Note! If that swivel handle looks off it's because it's very loose. I have so many parts, that I'm still opening boxes from our move 3 years ago. These bases and clamps I didn't even know I had. The box is full and I found they fit the Wilton 3 1/2 machinist and C0 that take the inner ring. In this case its a hold down clamp. They are not OEM however if you have an old 3 1/2 and you would like to have it swivel but are tight on cash and who isn't, this might be right up your alley. You can tell from the photos, it's a utility base but it looks like it belongs. It swives easily and locks down tightly. The fit is 99% on. It has a grade 8 bolt in the center with a tightly held nut to extend into the centering hole. It will come with new Metric handles and bolts . Spacing is 4 1/4" between bold holes and and 5 3/4 OD across the top. If you are not happy with the fit, returns are easy. Remember, this base will not fit like the original but your vise will swivel 360 on it. Shipping will be USPS to the 50 states.
