Description: This is a truly amazing vase by Moorcroft in the pomegranate pattern. Rich cobalt blue background with deep reds, purples, golds and ochres.Stands just slightly less than 9 inches tall. Graceful form and perfect size for display.No cracks or chips of any kind.A couple of small spots of color skips--photos 6 and 7--that are nNOT scratches (examined with jeweler's loupe)--just the nature of a hand painted item. Extremely faint crazing that is age appropriate and not visible unless examined with jeweler's loupe--I did not see any at all until I examined the surface in this way.One very faint scratch that I could not photograph as it is in that very dark blue area.I believe it to be from the 20's or 30's Vase will be double boxed for secure shipping which does increase the shipping cost slightly.
