Description: For sale today is the rare and out-of-print (oop) ComicsOne English manga trade paperback (tpb)/graphic novel Wild 7 (Volume 1): Wild Seven Agent Part 1 by Mikiya Mochizuki, published in 2002. Welcome to Wild 7, a wild tale about a group of bandits commissioned by the Japanese government to eradicate any and all potential threats to the status quo. Due to its immense popularity when first published, the story of Hiba and his group of felons was made into an animated series and a TV series. A hit in Japan for over ten years, and now finally available to an English audience, now you too can find out what happens when you fight fire with fire. Illustrated in b/w throughout. I am not a comics grader, but I try to be as thorough as possible when assessing books for any flaws. I don't believe in using a number grade system - to me they are mostly utilized as a method to be ambiguous about exact condition and/or individual imperfections - but I do attempt to describe anything other than minor cover shelf-scuffing/scratching in detail. If a certain flaw discussed below does not mention that it affects inside pages, then it does not. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This copy is in very good overall condition especially considering its age, with a solid spine and great overall inside pages (photo#12 example). Other than some tiny outer corner indents, it has some lighter and external signs of wear. **Photo#4: -Upper spine corner: Light scuffing. **Photo#5: -Lower spine corner: Light scuffing/peeling. **Photo#6: -Front cover top edge: Light ~1/2" scuff near spine corner, light ~1/2" adjacent cover indent/depression near outer corner, otherwise light if any shelf-scuffing.-Outer corner: Tiny crease/scuff/bend, goes thru ~1 page as a corner fold. **Photo#7:-Front cover bottom edge: Some scuffing/light indenting along most of it (photo#10 w/illumination), two light/small adjacent cover depressions towards outer corner. -Outer corner: Small indent/scuff/bend, goes thru ~15 pages as a tiny indent, and thru ~1/4 as a bend. **Photo#8: -Back cover top edge: Light ~1/2" scuff near its middle, another towards outer corner, otherwise light if any shelf-scuffing.-Outer corner: Tiny crease/scuff/bend (photo#11 w/illumination), goes thru ~20 pages as an indent, and thru ~1/3 pages as a light bend. **Photo#9:-Back cover bottom edge: Similar but lighter scuffing/indenting around most of it.-Outer corner: Tiny crease/scuff/bend, goes thru ~20 pages throughout as an indent, ~20 as a corner fold, and thru most pages as a light bend. **Additionally: Front cover possesses a small/light indent/depression towards its lower half, and a small/light scratch towards the top outer corner. Back cover has 3 tiny depressions near the page edge's upper half, and a few light scratches around the cover.
