Description: Vintage Pair of White Leather Chicago Roller Skates with Arrow Skate Maple Wood Wheels, No Toe Stopper. Possibly c. Late 1930s Wheels are marked Arrow Skate- Chicago- Pat No. 2-333-400 possibly ladies size 5 (stamped on inside of boot 5 93521) Leather is dried. Length of foot , 9.5 in long, 3.25-3.5 in toe box width. Comes in a Black, White and Red metal box. The Chicago Roller Skate Company was founded in 1905 by brothers Ralph and Walter Ware, sons of a successful Chicago real estate man, Elisha C. Ware.
