Description: Vintage Wheeling Pottery Soup Tureen This is a beautiful soup tureen marked Adamantine China, which was a mark used by Wheeling Pottery Co. in the late 1800's. It is white with a brown floral design and gold trim. The gold trim has worn off in some places. No chips or cracks but there is some brown discoloration on the lid on the inside and outside, see photos. Light crazing. Very nice piece that is over 100 years old. Measurements: 12.5" from handle to handle, the bowl measures 10.5" x 7.5" This is an antique original from the estate of a collector.
