Description: Up for sale is a USED edition of What I like about you (And other romantic hits) by Romantics (CD) USED) BN18 On CD's each additional CD that you combine will ship for .40. So as an example 1 CD ships at 3.35, 2 CD's ship at $3.75 and .40 for every additional CD combined into one shipment. All of the items I sell are purchased at retail stores, discount outlet stores, store closings, swap meets, flea markets and in rare cases, yard sales. Many of these DVD's/CD's, books have been sitting in bins, or on shelves, either in a store or warehouse. Many have wear and tear to the cases. Some have been repackaged, and re-sealed with NEW UPC numbers (I am assuming this is for inventory purposes as most of the large retail stores have the same exact DVD with a different UPC). Some DVD's have remainder cuts through the UPC. I try to be very careful and list any and all defects I see and I always post a front and back scan, or picture of the item that is for sale. Guarantee of Satisfaction: The simple truth is that no seller lives up to every buyers expectations, and mistakes do occur, but if the buyer knows that the seller will do everything they can to correct the problem, including a full refund of monies paid then they will feel confident to purchase from that seller again. That in a nutshell is how I conduct my business. Emails: I try to respond to emails as quickly as I can. I work a regular job from 2pm P.M to 2 A.M 6 days a week, most weeks, so responses are a little slow at times. They periodically switch our hours around, but I try to make every effort to respond in a timely manner. You can message me through ebays messaging system.Payment: Payment is due within 48 hours of purchase. If there is a problem meeting that time frame, please contact me in advance. I am a fairly reasonable person and I know sometimes issues come up, and I am willing to work with you. I also know that responsible individuals will communicate their intentions clearly and concisely. Shipping policy: I typically ship all my items within 1-2 business days. Items purchased after noon time on Friday, may or may not ship on Saturday, but will definitely ship on Monday. If Monday is a Holiday, I will make every effort to get your item shipped on Saturday morning, unless I am out of town. Multiple Item Purchases: If you purchase multiple DVD's all at one time they will be shipped media mail versus first class mail. I can only ship items that weigh less than 13 ounces first class, this will slow delivery time somewhat. It will vary by location and sometimes weather so please keep that in mind.Return Policy: On most items I allow a 14 day return. The buyer should notify me within 7 days by email through ebays messaging system to get authorization to return the item. Typically I do refund the original shipping cost but not the return shipping cost. In some cases I will, specifically if I made an error in the listing or shipped you the wrong item. On items that I sell 'AS IS" there is no refund. Any returned item must be returned in the condition it was sold. It can not be damaged in any way that affects sale-ability. Items must be returned in the original packaging. My goal is your complete satisfaction. Feedback: I always leave feedback when a transaction is complete. I will never leave negative feedback without doing everything I can to resolve an issue with someone and I hope to get that same courtesy in return.
