Description: Vintage Vlchek 11" Western Auto Adj. Monkey Wrench - Rare - Wizard HR2451 "V" Vintage 11" Auto Kit Wrench, made by Vlchek Tool Co. for Western Auto Stores,rare No. HR2451, forging no. 38 (photo #7), "v" mark for Vlchek, about 11" long, jaws open to around 2-7/8" to 2-15/16", jaw depth: 1-7/16", cadmium finish, made in USA, possibly late-1930s to early 1940s. Some Wizard tools were made by Vlchek and bore both a model number beginning with "HR" followed by four numbers with a small "v" stamp for the mfr code. Also has the forged-in "C" inside a circle located on the dynamic jaw that when closed is positioned almost directly under the "v" on the fixed jaw (photo 5 & 6). Possibly for manufacturing location, not sure. Parts show sign of buffing. Please see photos and ask questions before purchasing
