A copy of the title page is included for authenticity. The map is not mounted, matted nor framed being sold as a single sheet as seen in the first pic. Size: The image area between the neat lines measure approximately 9 1/2 by 12 1/2 inches (24x32cm) on a 10 1/4 by 13 1/2 inches (27x35cm) page Condition: It is in Very Good condition for its age with light tonal aging, printed on an off-white buff page. The bottom margin is a little tight, otherwise it is very clean, see the pics for more on condition. The pics are of the actual map.
