Measure around the whole head and behind the ears and across the top of the forehead. Modacrylic Hair - FULL CAP WIG - cloth material cap with a elastic band around 3/4 of the cap. NO Adjustable strap. Nice stretch to the cap. Cute Baby/Toddler style wig. Short layered hair with curls at the ends. Straight layered bangs and a tiny ponytail on top with blue factory ribbon. Ribbon can be changed out. If using this wig on a doll head and the wig is a tad big, use needle and thread and gather the band a bit. Silicone bands or wig caps. Modeling the wig is a Lee Middleton doll and her head measures 13.5" inches and the wig goes on slightly tight but fits her. WIG IS TOO BIG for doll heads that are 12" to almost 13" inches.
