You have to apply them to a light-colored surface to create the contrast. The material is the same high-gloss exterior-grade vinyl used in making signs and vehicle lettering. Perfect for man caves, car windows, Yeti cups, phone cases, etc. I can also do them in white with a gold outline, similar to how it is on their dark jerseys (see sample pic).
