Tektronix P6063B probe is both a 10:1 divider probe of 200MHz bandwidth and a straight 1:1 probe of about 10MHz bandwidth that cost $250/each new from Tek (no longer made, and if they were they'd cost $500 and be made in China instead of USA), and were recommended for use with scopes such as Tek 475, 475A, TDS3024B, and with plugins such as 7A26, but can be used with almost any scope with 1Mohm (with 13 to 30 pF) input Z. They have the encoding pin (inf. Ohms or 11Kohms) that informs the scope's readout system or knob skirts if it is in 10:1 or 1:1 mode.
