Description: Please read item description The War Illustrated Commando Raids Bundle - 4 issues (124, 127, 138, 140) Each Issue includes at least one article covering raids made by British Commandos during World War Two St. Nazaire, Dieppe, Bruneval, Many of these issues are sold individually in my shop and contain a more extensive contents description. Substitutions of individual issues within the bundle can be made with any War Illustrated listed in my shop however please advise when payment is made should any substitution be required. The War Illustrated contains a wealth of archive material including dozens of photographs from the various news agencies in each issue. It does therefore include material covering every theatre of conflict from both Allied and Axis sources. The bias, as would be expected, is towards the Allied forces. These newspapers are 100% original (not copies or reprints) and as such often containage-related discolouration (yellowing and foxing), staple rust marks, rusty staples, missing or loose staples, nicks or small tears and other marks or signs of their age. This does however add to their authenticity and every copy is perfectly readable and will be posted in appropriate packaging to afford protection.
