If it is more than .25 inches thick (because you purchase more than one card for example, you will need to select shipping options and choose First Class if you want tracking. And, if you bid and win an item for more than $20 you will need to pay first class shipping with tracking. If you are not willing to pay for First Class shipping with tracking (on items that can go in regular envelopes), I ask that you absorb the responsibility if they don't arrive.
