Description: This vinyl LP features songs and music from Walt Disney's film Song of the South, including the classic "Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah". Also included are selections from other Disney films. The record is a first edition and comes in a cardboard sleeve. The black vinyl is very shiny and in very good plus (VG+) condition but with 1 scratch on the B side. The sleeve is in very good plus (VG+) condition but some of the cover’s Disney artwork has light marks but remains beautiful and came straight from the movie. Please see photos. The album features performances by Frank DeVol and His Orchestra, Billy May and His Orchestra, and Johnny Mercer and The Pied Pipers. The music is in the film score/soundtrack genre and also includes a compilation of selections from Dumbo, Pinocchio, and Snow White. This 33 RPM record was produced by Alan W Livingston and Walt Disney Productions and has a catalog number of J-3265. The LP is a mono recording. This album was produced by Walt Disney but was one of the many Disney films from the 1960’s that was released on Capitol Records. Although the cover is nearly identical as others that look the same, this is the 1-record version that is a 33rpm release.
