Description: Photographs and video form part of the description.An absolutely gorgeous cased set of 12 pairs of silver plated fish cutlery (making 24 pieces) in a locking mahogany display case. The case looks to be Mahogany and has a blank inlaid brass escutcheon to the lid and locks/unlocks perfectly with a key. The hinge action is perfect with no 'play' although there is a tiny paint mark to the wood which I've not tried removing but it would easily come off I'm sure. The inner is partly velvet and partly silk? (not sure) and there are 2 brass 'holders' for the fork section in the lid.All 24 pieces of cutlery are perfect and each is individually marked for Walker and Hall.The handles are perfect and are either bone or celluloid(not sure).A stunning piece for either display or use. Low starting price.
