He carried the sciences of the East to the West, mixing their pigments producing pure and pleasant colors, and his ideas converged with the currents in which he grew up and later integrated into the Rome Academy of Fine Arts, which was the center of all kinds of artistic development. ​ Wahid, one of six honored in the celebration of the Days of Syrian Plastic Art 2018, studied plastic art in a special study, in order to obtain a license in 1978 in photography from the Academy of Rome, forming an artistic experience in which he was able to combine the ingenuity of composition and the splendor of coloring in addition to the originality derived from the local heritage. ​ The attributes of originality evident in the Arab photography carried by Moroccans in which he used a contemporary method parallel to the global plastic language. He held more than 20 individual exhibitions in Syria, Lebanon and Italy in addition to his participation in dozens of group exhibitions inside and outside the country since 1960. ​ The work of the artist are Moroccans that come out of himself and his colors so that the plastic art lover notices that the sacred has something that touches the popular state .. and the innate state has everything that is civilized to accumulate his icons and form a whole in a composition that elevates the plastic state to the glorification of life and the aspiration for the better. illustrations for the book “The History of Medicine in the Arabs” published in Paris. Many critics wrote about him, and his works covered many newspapers in Syria, Lebanon, the Persian Gulf and Europe. His works has been acquired by the Ministry of Culture in the two national museums of Aleppo and Damascus, and in by private collectors. Wahid Magharbe passed away on the 18th of December 2018 in his hometown of Aleppo, at the age of 76, after suffering from an incurable disease. He completed drawings of a number of heritage books, most notably the book on the History of Medicine among the Arabs, which was published in Paris by Dr. Salman Qattaya. 1986 He held his tenth exhibition in the hall of the National Museum in Aleppo 1987 1988 Participated in many group exhibitions in Europe 1989 He held his eleventh exhibition at the Umayya House of Fine Arts 1990 He held his twelfth exhibition at Bilad Al-Sham Gallery, Aleppo 1991 He held his previous eleventh exhibition in Al-Khanji Gallery, Aleppo 1993 held its fourteenth exhibition in Bilad Al-Sham Gallery, Aleppo 1997 He held his fifteenth exhibition at Bilad Al-Sham Gallery, Aleppo 1998 He held his sixteenth exhibition at Bilad Al-Sham Gallery, Aleppo 1999 He held his seventeenth exhibition in the Gallery of the Syndicate of Fine Arts, Aleppo 2001 He held his eighteenth exhibition in Tishreen Gallery, Aleppo, as part of a ceremony held by the Aleppo Provincial Council to honor the artist, Magharebia 2002 He held his nineteenth exhibition in the Shura Gallery in Damascus 2002, like the Aleppo City Council Prize for intellectual and artistic creativity 2002 Won the gold medal for the Festival of Love in Lattakia 2004 He held his 20th exhibition at Dar Kalimat Gallery, Aleppo 2011, a retrospective exhibition was held for him in the Karma Gallery in Aleppo, which many critics wrote about.
