It comes with brand new clear hose and factory box is not perfect either it will be shipped in a larger box. It is fully functional i have tested it my self and took pictures of it working for records, i am also showing the inside parts of the spray gun and i have marked them as well for records. Photos clearly show i have it plugged in and tested it with water and it sprays normal on all settings.
