Her blond hair, face, the flowers applied to her, the black hatband and her blue sleeves have a satin finish, while her hat and white blouse boast a glossy finish and gold trim. One black mark on one of her bangs. There are no chips or cracks, no crazing. Vase is very clean. Has the original Wales foil sticker and the orig. price tag on bottom.
