Henry Wadsworth Wadsworth (1906-1975) was a distant relative/ descendant (4th cousin) of Henry Wadsworth Longfellow 19th century poet. His studio was in Weston, Mass., with first metal etching art created in late 1920’s. Beautiful conversation piece/ wall decor with deep in Latin SEMPER IDEM (Always The Same) loyal as noble dog meaning. Not sure what three shells and spear like triangle are representative of.
