On an ultra rare, unique base that appears to be a replica of the Manneken Pis sculpture in Brussels Belgium. The celestial globe has a center globe of the earth, surrounded by a clear globe that features the stars and constellations. Can be rotated and tilted. The top has a functional compass. The base is made to look like bronze, but is not made of metal. Appears to be in good condition, may need some cleaning and adjustments. Appears fully intact, but unsure if there are any missing pieces. Measures approximately 21 inches tall (including globe and base) and 11 inches wide at the widest point (the globe). The base measures 5 1/2 inches by 5 1/2 inches. The globe portion measures approximately 11 inches in diameter.
