The hats elastic is stretched out and no longer has an elasticity. Approximate measurements were taken with the item laying flat fully buttoned. Double when needed. Pit - pit 20" Waist 24" Shoulder - Bottom 30" Sleeve Length 23" Shoulder - Shoulder 17.5" The condition otherwise is very nice with basic, normal, expected signs of wear, blemishes, and flaws from age and wearing of the item.
