( jacket/shirt could fit lightly larger if you leave the buttons undone) Sleeves may be somewhat of 3/4 length. They measure about 17" long when measured from shoulder hem to end. This has a two button closure at neck area. There is one button on the inside of collar and another on the outside wing collar. Has a couple tiny holes on the scarf &one on front See the pictures for details.without light and with light to show. None of the holes are noticeable when wearing. Overall beautiful shape.
