It is decorated on the front with a colorful depiction of Trailing Bindweed [CONVOLVULUS] surrounded by 2 beautiful butterflies. The canister stands 5 1/4 inches tall with the lid and 4 3/4 inches tall without the lid, measures 3 5/8 inches across, and weighs 1 pound, 6 1/8 ounces. The bottom is marked with one of the early shield marks. It reads: The Botanic Garden - circa 1818 - Portmeirion - copyright design - made in England.
