Description: VTG Pink Pearls Necklace Lot Earrings Cultured box Golden BRIDAL Classic Dainty For sale is a what I believe is a vintage set of cultured pink pearls and earrings. I bought this at an estate sale where the woman who had owned these had passed away. She had drawers and boxes full of jewelry and I found these. The box doesn't have a name on it, but she did mark it pinkish yellow fake pearls w/silver earrings-yet on the inside of the box it says genuine cultured pearls. They do seem to have age to them and they weight quite a bit. The necklace weighs 1.3 ounces on my scale. Besides the color, what I thought was nice was that the center of the necklace has a silvery colored shiny round "ball"-and the earrings match this design. The earrings are post earrings and both backings are there, too. The clasp works well on the necklace. There are 54 pearls in all and the one round "ball". The strand measures just a smidge under 18 inches long. This is a classic piece which we know can pair well with work outfits, but also we worn on special occasions. They would be perfect for brides, also. Wear around the neck or run through your hair in an updo. The set will come with the box I found them in. Thanks for looking!
