Description: This Vintage Pickett model N 531-ES Slide Rule is All Metal and comes with the original vinyl Sheath. It is stamped with CREI and "The Capitol Radio Engineering Institute." This is now the Capitol Technology University, in South Laurel, Maryland, which the name was changed in 1964. Therefore, this slide rule is pre 1964.
