AT 19090 COLLINS AVE ... RIGHT DOWN THE STREET FROM THE RITZ-CARLTON RESIDENCES. THE REAL ESTATE AT THIS ADDRESS, ALSO BEING SOLD AS "RESIDENTIAL", IS NOW PRICEY AS WELL! But back then, the Reviva billed itself as the place for casual living in luxury surroundings! PC "new" to extent it is New Old Stock, has not been used in any manner, and remains in MINT condition. This postcard is in unused, pristine condition, direct from the Curt Teich archives. It has been in our possession for approximately 15 years ... long before the Curteich digitally archived images found their permanent home with The Newberry Institute. At the time of our acquisition, the Lake County Discovery Museum in IL was the custodian of the company's records, having served in that capacity since 1982.
