Description: Beautiful M. W Carr & Co. inc frame. It’s for a picture that measures 3”x4” but the frame itself is 5”x6”. It has different cat scenes, cat looking at a fish bowl , sitting on a mushroom , playing with yarn and watching a bird. It has one little dirty/worn? Section on the top left.
