One spot is on the back of the sleeve and is about the size of a quarter. The other is on the front and can be seen in the first photo. These spots may or may not come out, for I have not tried to treat them. The leather suade front of the jacket is weathered and aged and has NOT been cleaned. See photos for approximate measurements.
