I have no way (not sure how) to test the the unit, but all the dials, springs, swivels, etc, seem to be in working order. When looking through the lens, there is a green cross hair that appears clearly. Because, I can't test the unit, I'll be selling AS-IS, FOR PARTS OR REPAIR ONLY. Appears to be solid brass.
