Description: This is a vintage clear glass Imitation Maple Flavor bottle with cork top made by the J. R. Watkins Company in the 1930’s. There is minor edge wear and staining on the paper label. Some of the product is still in the bottle. This is a wonderful addition to any J.R. Watkins or old bottle collection. The J.R. Watkins Company was founded in 1868 and today continues to sell household products (home and health remedies as well as baking products). Many people still remember the Watkins man who came door to door in a horse-drawn wagon traveling around the countryside many decades ago.
